Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the herbs must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that some items, such as powdered herbs, are exempt from being returned.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned package. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you need to provide us with a bank letter to verify your banking details, thereafter a refund will be processed, within 10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different herb than the one you ordered, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@herbologyza.co.za. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
